I've so far not gotten a bad experience from this location. Go here twice a day (before and after work) to get ice coffee. Love the regular staff,so polite and personable.

Basic McDonald’s experience, not bad wait times for being open a week. Main complaint is the pop given to us was overflowing before the worker passed it out the window, they passed it to us anyway even though it was already spilling everywhere in the window. we tried to dry it off during the trade off, couldn’t, and then got it all over the car and ourselves. The lady who passed it to us then shoved our food out to us without saying anything at all or letting us get situated. Not great costumer service today, not a single comment about how we just had pop dumped on us, or basic apology. Fries were also very bland. Going to try going inside next time, hopefully with more time this place will be a great little spot!

Went through the drive thru left $1.27 for RMH. Receipt showed .27 and $1 change. I did not get change. Watch your receipts if you donate!!

A real experience my partner just had at this location:“Good morning, could I please get a chicken BLT on a McMuffin”“No, we don’t sell those anymore. We can do an egg BLT or chicken sandwich”“Oh okay, so would it be a possibility to substitute the egg with chicken on the BLT then?”“No??” (Yes, they actually said it like this, way to make a customer feel stupid)“Wow okay, I guess I’ll just get the egg BLT meal with a medium double double”“Okay drive up” (again, yes it was said like this)Keep in mind, while all this is happening, they literally have the chicken BLT on their drive thru menu still.He then drives up to the first window to pay and mentions that the egg BLT wasn’t what he wanted, and that they should remove the chicken option from the menu. All the cashier could say was “yeah I know, sorry”.We didn’t think the situation could get any worse, but it turned out they had absolutely no hash browns ready at 10am so we had to wait an extra couple of minutes for one of those, then come to find out the double double he had ordered was literally 2/3 full.I wish I could say I was exaggerating, but this experience left my partner feeling embarrassed to the point where he didn’t even want to eat the food anymore. I am just so angry that these employees don’t understand simple customer service. If the kids working this morning even tried to be polite, I wouldn’t be writing this right now, but they have to learn somehow.

Food is always hit or miss. They've now changed their Google number to an inaccurate one to avoid the negative phone calls. If you find their number on the mcapp and call they let it ring a while and then pick up and hangup.Paid cash, but provided code to get points. The credit card I had on file was charged even tho I had paid with my debit card.

Completely rude staff. I shouldn’t be told to smile when you and your coworkers are messing around making the wait time longer for just two coffees which had no sugar in them what so ever.

food is never good anyways, it fast food what else would you expect. service is good for the most part but very forgetful.
