It's Clear Brook location is not a sit in or enjoyable environment. They're coolers fall apart their ice cap taste like water and I got to say the service was less than adequate

Worst drive through AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been using this Tim Hortons for a year now because it's closest to my work... I was annoyed at the fact that they made you wait a couple of feet back while they ran an order to a car that was in front of you, but I bit my tongue... because in all honesty, that's not a huge deal... Today I was waiting at the speaker... waited a solid 5 minutes with no one coming on to say one minute

This location is very slow to talk to you at the ordering screen. Its a hit and miss if your coffee is going to toast good or notI think when they run out of regular coffee they will top the rest of your cup with old dark roast which i do not like. Today i ordered a roast beef craveable, what i received im not sure but it was spicy. This location also cheats the system by making people stop before the window where they give you your order so the time doesn't start.

I know you guys appreciate only good reviews, but i wanna tell you .. worst service i ever had at time hortons.. ordered steep tea triple triple . Online order # 9932, they hand over cold tea. When i asked for replacement, they hand over cold again.Thank you.. I think you should appreciate this feedback as well rather appreciating feedback from your valued customer

Awesome that they have a double drive-through and electronic menu board, but guess what? If there’s two cars ordering at once they can only deal with one car at a time. Apparently only one person has the drive thru headset at one time. And then they have a quarter of those items available! And they will not honour any deals shown on their own menu board! “It’s at another location.”It’s time to train more staff and change the menu to actually reflect your offerings! I hope Tim Hortons headquarters reads this so that they can guide you guys straight! Crazy, my 2 item order took 6min.

Horrible drive thru service, make us wait past the window so their timer doesn’t go above time. Then they don’t even stir my coffee and all the caramel shot is still at the bottom. Then we open our bagel and it’s not even cut in half. Your service should be about your customer being happy. Not about your stupid timer. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

When I entered the store to pick up my order, nobody engaged me for a five minute...well they seems busy to care only drive through customer first.First server ask my purpose, then when I said about my mobile order they seems did not notice it. Anyway after almost 10 minutes after I got my food, well...sorry I'm already lost my taste.

I honestly agree with the previous reviews and hope that the current manager has the foresight to address the concerns I've experienced as well...I come here because the ladies are very dedicated to their employ..it's evident they work very diligently under pressure. I wish to acknowledge Parvinder as being an asset to her employ. She deserves recognition for being consistently awesome.

I cannot believe the generosity, punctuality, and kindness of the manager at this location. I had an issue with an online order and sent a complaint through the app. I received a phone call from them the next day to resolve the issue. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you again!
