My favorite small town movie theater! Excellent modern screen and sound quality in a historic theater setting. Staff is always very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Prices are affordable, both for the tickets and at the snack bar.I highly recommend visiting for the experience; it's a great chance to support local business! One suggestion though: if you visit in winter, you may want to bring a blanket to cuddle up under! :)

This place is a step back in time in such a good way. All the smells and little pieces of the old building still exist. The sound and movie quality is amazing. I honestly can't hype this place up more.

Love how this small town still has its little gem of a theatre. The kids love to watch movies there and I love the price, and the fact we don't have to go far for them to enjoy new releases. The owners work hard to try different types of events like concerts, comedy and wrestling.

Ok, talk about flashback! This place is awesome, A Historic Cinema nestled in the quaint town of Hope, the new owner is doing a great job with this place. I am looking forward to when I can go back. So glad he was able to air “The Alpinist” for the Fraser Valley Climbing society. Seats are comfy, the picture was very clear and the dolby sound was perfect. They had a very good selection of candy and food. Their popcorn was delicious!

It takes you back to past.Not cineplex or anything but you will love it.i saw the theatre when i went to visit hope and I decided to watch the movie.comfortable seats,good popcorn.they have display of old projector.we say mario there, the quality of film was maintainedDefinitely recommend everyone to visit n watch here a movie

Other than deliberately putting too much salt on the popcorn to force you to buy drinks, it’s a decent theatre. In future, a lot less salt, please. You don’t know if someone is on a medical ‘low salt’ diet, and too much salt could cause a horrific reaction. Please give that some thought for the future.
