ONLY CASH! NO E-TRANSFER! RUDE AND WONT TAKE ANY BLAME FOR NOT EXPRESSING ON THE DISPATCH OR DRIVER YOU CANT PAY ANY OTHER WAY! He was taking me back to a cash machine with the meter running, then he turned around waited for me to get cash while he ran the meter. I payed far more for my ride because they can't voice they're policy! New policy too! They expect me to know! Insane I will never support these scam artists again!

All the bookings I have made through the office went well. You can pay by e-Transfer or cash. The drivers are good and drive accordingly to the weather conditions.Have used this company several times the last half year.

Recently while trying to park in front of Scotia Bank, a cab was taking up 2 spots. I drove in front of him and backed up to him. After I had stopped he laid on his horn. I had left enough room for a person to walk between our vehicles so why he laid on his horn? I don't know.When I got out of my car, the cab driver became very verbally abusive towards me, repeatedly calling me an old man". He said " you are so old I don't even know if you can see or not". As per my very decent class 1 physical

Not bad service like always, good taxi drivers. But they ONLY take cash! So that's a negative 2 star for me. Jump to the 21st century guys and get a debit/credit machine!

I have used Kitimat Taxi on a few sporadic occasions. Their drivers have turned off meters mid-trip, demanded exorbitant tips and flat out refused service if fares were not high enough for pickup. The fact they are a cash-only business would certainly indicate their less-than-legal status. I would never recommend them to anyone who isn't absolutely desperate.

There's always a 10 minute wait, 20 mins if during ruah hour, but what to do. The drivers are courteous. The call center picks up immediately and clear on how long the wait is.
