Awful place to go shop at. Rude employees, that is if you can even find one. Rude management. The store is always dirty and has old and moldy food.

Very terrible firsthand experience. I went in there to just buy a package envelope to send to a friend in Texas. First thing I walked in, the lady told me to leave my bag at the front. I told her my wallet is in there. She said don't worry Noone will take it. I told her I had packages I am sending to the US in my shoulder bag. I just gave her a bad look at walked out. I went down the strip mall and went to Dollarama. Although I had to wait, I has no problems with the staff at Dollarama. Never going in there again. They treated me as if I was criminal.

You get what you pay for. Ok selection, cheap prices get you cheap items. This particular location is very budget. The entrance and doors look so old and run down. I guess for a dollar store who really cares. But places should be more inviting, clean, professional and not so crummy.

Entered the Mc Phillip's location today to just run in and buy basket filler. The state of the store was disastrous. It looked like a junk heap. Merchandise all over the floors, an accident waiting to happen. I advised the cashier that the state of the store was something to be desired, yet more importantly someone could seriously hurt themselves. Where is the staff? Better yet the manager? Someone isn't doing their job.

Very big store. I have been to smaller stores that appeared to have more selection. There was a line up at the only till open while another worker stocked the shelves right near the checkouts. At one point the supervise/manager snapped at them to open the other till. While the door itself was ok I do not like to see places where employees are treated poorly.

Forgot my to wear my mask while looking at winter toques, scarfs and mitts. And a kind Filipino employee reminded me about to wear my mask (true gentleman) which I had in my bag. This happened last month. Great deals to find. Well no more next door krazy binz (moved to St. James spirit of Halloween) Dollar Tree still a great deals to find especially some folks struggling to shop for abit groceries.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, this place is absolutely disgusting it’s messy unorganized and just gross. I called ahead to see if they had stuff the guaranteed they did when I got there within a hour of the call they didn’t have what I was looking for they wasted my time and energy. There is never any staff working so it’s hard to find help when you need it. And then when you finally find someone they are rude!!! If there was hell on earth it would be this dollar tree.

The cashier he was so polite and helpful. It's nice to see somone knows what customer service means. Most places are rude or don't care. But this young man was awesome..he answered my question and directed me and showed a choice of lighters to choose..wish other stores could learn from him.

Staff was rude when I tried to buy broom handles, 3 of them gave me attitude when it was absolutely not warranted. I needed to buy broom handles without a broom attached and saw at least 8 on the shelf, so I grabbed what I needed, and they told me I could only buy 5 of those or if I needed 6 I could get 6 with the broom attached. That would have been no problem at all had they started the encounter like that but they were rude, dismissive, and condescending.A friendly “we don’t sell broom handles without the broom, these must be there by mistake!” would have been MORE than sufficient instead of getting 3 employees to talk down to me.
