A Smile Dental Clinic

I’m super picky with dentists and hygienists and have only positive things to say about this clinic! I moved 5 hours away and after trying a local dentist there once (and hating the experience) I ended up coming back to A Smile! I love my dentist and all the hygienists I’ve had here. I will happily make the trip back to Ladner. I am grateful they are open during this pandemic and felt very safe during my appointment today, they have done a perfect job of following all the recommendations!!!! STRONGLY recommended :)

Everyone here is so kind and caring. I don't live in Ladner anymore, but still come here because they provide such trustworthy care. Highly recommend!

This clinic gets five stars because not only is their clinic cheerful and inviting, but they also give amazing customer service. When I shared with Jessie, the hygienist that I was nervous about having my teeth worked on, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She covered me with a weighted blanket and offered me a TV remote and headphones that I might enjoy a movie, or some music while she went about her work.This is the first time ever, that I have been so relaxed while reclining in a dentist chair!Each of the staff from Dani in Reception, to Dr. Sahota herself treated me with such respect and kindness. Kudos to each of you for a job well done.

A highly-skilled dentist can only be as good as not only her skill set, but also the empathy she brings to her patients. I speak from my own personal experience, having had a traumatic experience as a child in a dental chair.Dr. Sahota has been our family dentist for years, and has always been the best of the best. She's treated us for cleanings, emergency appointments and referrals to specialists. All along, we have had great experiences with her.It was today's appointment, however, that will always stand out in my mind. Our 8-year-old had an (incredibly wiggly) upper baby tooth that refused to come out and needed to be pulled. He's pretty anxious in nature, and was utterly terrified for the appointment. By the time of the extraction, he was in tears and trying to run out of the clinic. Dr. Sahota and her staff treated him with 100% professionalism and kindness. They ended up spending a lot longer getting him comfortable and easing his fears than the actual extraction of an incredibly-loose baby tooth needed, but never once made him feel like he was a bother or that his fears weren't legitimate. They completely respected our worried little boy every step of the way...and when we left the clinic, our son had a smile on his face, a treasure chest toy in one hand and the tooth safely in its new treasure box tucked in his other hand.Thank you, Dr. Sahota, for making the extraction as pleasant as possible. He's happily enjoying a banana milkshake right now and watching Godzilla, and said that the extraction really wasn't that bad. :).Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was hesitant about a dental visit because of the Pandemic but was very happy with my experience at Smile Dental Clinic. Everyone was very pleasant as usual, but what impressed me most was the attention to safety, cleanliness and safety for staff and patients alike. A few things that surprised me were: jackets and purses were placed in a sanitized bin, the dentist hygienist wore a great mask designed especially for the job, and clients were asked to wait outside until their appointment and as soon as I arrived, I was ushered in and the door was 'no touch' operated from the inside. I would not hesitate to recommend Smile Dental Clinic to my friends.

Dr. Sahota and her team are by far the best dentists I have ever been to, and that my wife and kids have ever been to. We all agree that they not only take great care of you, but they listen wholeheartedly to your concerns, and when they are able to, they provide options. If I could rate them 100 stars I would!!

Let me preface this by saying I have NEVER liked the dentist and am terrified of going.BUT Ann and her team are amazing! From the second you walk in, they are warm and welcoming, the hygienists are kind, thorough, great at explaining what’s next and gentle beyond compare. Dr. Sahota is personable, professional and does not try to do anything unnecessary. They turn something I dread into a positive experience every time! Plus my toddlers love them too! Thanks ladies!

This has been our family dentist for ever. I used to rue the day I had to do my bi annual visits, no more. It's a walk in the park, it's light, it's friendly and painless. That's the best part. It's a fantastic office , the staff are all happy, and the equipment in the dentistry is is ultra modern, pretty cool really. Would I recommend this dentist to friends? Definitely.
