I called 4 places before I decided to use Boxer. Their knowledgeable staff could answer all my questions right away instead of “Having to call me right back”. Their pricing was the most competitive as well, almost 30% less.I stopped in to check them out and was very impress wow organized and clean their warehouse/shop was. I was shipping products to the US and needed a custom creat 12’ long which they were able to accommodate with no problem.They went above and beyond to make sure my crate was able to make it into the states for me when I encountered some customs issues. There was no way I could have navigated through that process without their help. The staff treated me like a close friend rather than a costumer they just met, and for that I will always be thankful.I would recommend this company if your wanting that personable, affordable and quality service that’s hard to find in Edmonton. I had a very precious piece I needed crating to go all the way to Ontario. This company did an amazing job building a crate around my Wurlitzer Juke box ensuring all the delicate tubing was safely secure with extra struts to minimise movement. For the piece of mind my juke box would arrive safely to its destination was worth every penny. Such a professional helpful company. So glad I found them and with their help and expertise my precious Juke box made the 4000km trip safely and securely.
