Body Intuitive was new to me but I wanted to try something to connect how I was feeling and reacting to things in my life to how my body was reacting also.Angela put me in tune with what parts of my body were reacting to certain stressors. She taught me how to stop, think and use the acupressure points and breathing techniques she showed me throughout the course to get through some trying moments. Having these new tools has definitely made me feel stronger emotionally, which which has helped me feel some peace without doubts. I recommend that people give this a try with a clear and open mind.
