Last week I purchased a new Tundra from Guelph Toyota. They honestly deserve a 5-star rating — excellence at every level. Product Advisor Kelvin Tu was amazing — he helped us to make a great selection and kept us informed throughout the process. Patrick and Chris were extremely helpful as well. Great experience at Guelph Toyota. My sales rep Kelvin Tu was great. I was nervous but Kelvin made it easy. He is very knowledgeable, super friendly and funny. From ordering my camry to pick up day, kelvin kept me updated. He will go out of his way to make sure you're 100% happy and confident with your choices. I highly highly recommend Kelvin!!

Great dealership. Always get my car maintained here. I had one mishap with the service department or else it would be a 5. Sales staff are incredible and the service department is very smart.

First of all, don't misinterpret my rating; it's for one of their used salesmen. Overall, if this situation hadn't occurred, I would have given Toyota Guelph a perfect score of 10.The manager of the used car sales department is one of the most trustworthy and professional managers, and the service department's services are on par with theirs.My suggestion is to ignore the salesmen at Toyota Guelph when you want to purchase any used vehicle since they will mislead you and try to sell you a crab or a false promise. Instead, go straight to their management.I forgot to mention that, they may also kick you out of their waiting area (used cars) with big smile.

Ok experience but you must look out for the upselling (typical car and warranty sales people). Warranty upsell is a rip off (e.g electronic rust protection modules). Marked up heavily and they will take advantage of those who are more vulnerable. I have had to intervene on behalf of my mom. Between buying the car and pickup they request you meet with finance manager and this is where they upsell- be very careful and do your DD. Advice for sales people at Guelph Toyota: when a customer knows what they want, dont push them. Furthermore - detail what goes on at this “finance manager meeting” as we paid cash so wondered what this was needed for. Unfortunately I could not attend the finance meeting but will be there at time of vehicle pickup. (review will go up or down depending on response as experience not finished yet)

Bought my first used car from Guelph Toyota! The service was absolutely fantastic and everyone is so kind. I strongly recommend Shail as a Sales Representative. Shail went above and beyond for us. He included a full tank of gas, next service is complimentary, free snow tires on rims and more! Honestly it was such a great experience and I highly recommended Guelph Toyota!

Fake promises. I was told to receive corolla in Dec2022 to Jan2023 when I booked the car in summer 2022. I was confused between Nissan Kicks and Corolla and gave preference to Corolla unluckily. And never got it.. whereelse I was getting Kicks at that time. Finally cancelled corolla and booked Kicks. And getting it next month.Very disappointed with the fake promise.Don't lie people if you don't have car or going to receive it soon.

They care the concerns of used car owners and conducted a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of used car before they sell it! Sure they are super friendly and knowledgeable as well.
