The Parts department at this store is absolutely amazing. I work at shop out of town and needed a part for a Mini we were working on. Went above and beyond to make sure we hand the parts we needed. The shipping company did not show up to pick up the parts from them, so after hours the parts were driven down to our shop. We are extremely thankful and so is our customer!

This is my first time coming into Mini Ottawa and I loved my experience! I was greeted by a lovely and caring receptionist named Jade and then was brought over to the salesman Fred who showed me multiple options and took into consideration my needs. I highly recommend this place, will be coming back!

I purchased a new Mini a few weeks ago at Mini Ottawa. Normally I don't publicly post reviews, but in this case I've made an exception...and for very good reason. Before I even got into the showroom I was already pretty sure that I was going to purchase another Mini, but I still had a LOT of questions. From the first minute on that first day when I entered Mini Ottawa, through to the exciting 'pickup' event 5 days later, I experienced what I can only describe as an incredibly successful, enjoyable and 'easy' customer interaction. Beyond being very knowledgeable, excellent communicators and accommodating individuals, Mini Ottawa's David, Fred and Charic were really genuinely helpful. It seemed to me that they were obviously working hard as a team to make the whole experience a good one!. And while I know they had many many other customers, I really felt that I was truly an important customer, and that they cared about the details I was focused on. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend them and Mini Ottawa.

Amazing & Easiest purchase of a new car! I had a excellent experience today at one of the mini ottawa BBQ meets. The dealership absolutely knows how to connect with their customers and all mini owners. The community is stronger than ever!! For any mini owner this is your dealership to hang out, meet up and stage anything mini related!

We are quite disappointed with the experience we had at mini Ottawa. We were interested in a used vehicle, and we made an offer. The salesman that helped us was great, he was very nice and informative. However, when we were negotiating a deal, a representative from mini Canada got involved and he was extremely rude and aggressive. He wanted us to flip a coin for the price, which was very odd to us. When we declined his offer to gamble for the price of the car, he got very aggressive and borderline yelled at us for not meeting him in the middle. We left very abruptly as we were all uncomfortable. As we felt that the representative’s behaviour was very inappropriate, we requested that the sales manager at mini Ottawa call us to chat about our experience, but we never heard back from him.
