I've had the good fortune to work with a number of people from Megson FitzPatrick and I highly recommend them - particularly if you have a business that has specific needs.

It used to be a very good place to have your auto and commercial insurance done.However, the latter is not as good as it was before.They do not take out your pre authorized checks on the dates that they are suppose to.

My wife and I Recently used Megson Fitzpatrick so we could find some critical illness and life insurance, and we are happy we did.Our agent Hayley was very informative and professional; she thoroughly explained the contents of each package and gave costs associated with their respective plans. She always responded promptly with accurate information if we had any questions and when I had an issue with withdrawal of funds she handled it with the utmost urgency. I feel that Megson Fitzpatrick went above and beyond what was required and made our experience navigating something new and unfamiliar a very comfortable.I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and do plan on using them for any of my future insurance needs.

Used them for years but they were unwilling to negotiate full payment by a single business day for a single nsf notice due to a banking error and Megson Fitzpatrick sending my bill to the wrong address. Agent was very rude and said that because it is my second NSF notice (the first one, which happened like a year ago was immediately rectified, and was due to a banking error because I use a separate account for my business) that the remainder of my policy will need to be paid in whole and that I am no longer eligible for monthly payments on my business insurance. Don’t buy insurance from this business. They are rude and unwilling to negotiate the smallest issue. I will not be buying insurance with them for my business again.

Very competent and professional. Since they act as a broker, they find the best deal for you. Contrast that with an insurance chain that tries to fit you to their products.
