Loved the service. They expalin in detail the things they will do with a smile. So.e techs are straight faced but normally u always see a smile. I understand working in heat with hot engines is not a pretty site

I've interacted with Param a few times, and I have to say that he is courteous and patient when listening to my concerns. He always goes the extra mile to provide the finest services. The oil change on my vehicle and any other issues are always handled perfectly and with due diligence. We appreciate the team's consistently high-quality services.

Was at Mr. Lube again, I needed maintenance on the gear boxes in my jeep. I was yet again fully delighted. John was very personable and listened to my concerns. He was very attentive and the service was so fast and great!The crew of Bros are always so accommodating. Thanks guys!

I have recently tried other shops for my old changes and always come back here. The service is great and staff is professional. I truat that the staff ate certified and know their stuff. They keep you informed of what they are doing and what they find. Yes, they upsell (part of the job) but once you refuse, there is no additional pressure. I would recommend this location.

I went in for an oil change end of October while they had a coupon deal for free wiper blades. I had my coupon and went in before the deadline. The man serving me was rude and cranky. Then he brought me the broken top piece of my dipstick. I strongly believe that they may have broken it on purpose as my last oil change was back in July and I had done a lot of driving since then where that piece of my dipstick would have very likely fallen off. After this he told me he could not perform the service because he needed the dipstick and that they also didn't have the ability to change it in their garage. Suffice to say I was thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning to that location.

Don't go here.Their hours say 8pm for closing time, but the guy over the phone told me they stop switching tires out at 6:30pm. I checked the website, and it says NOTHING about tire service stopping at that point. If tire service stops at a certain time, ADVERTISE IT. DON'T tell customers at the gate that when they arrive! It's bad, irresponsible business.Thinking the guy was simply lying to me, I went anyways, and arrived around 6:40pm. This guy (name is Abdul, also told me he's the supervisor even though he wasn't wearing anything indicating as such, he also admitted to that fact), told me they stopped doing tires at 7pm. Now I KNOW he was lying to me the entire time. He also told me with an arrogant grin that if you were here earlier
