Was given cold food at the drive through. Told to come back and get fresh. When I got there, manager only gave me a replacement burger. Very rude. Will NOT be going back to this location.

Will not serve people who do not have a car. Does not indicate this with any signage or disclaimer. They just tell you once you get to the line. Other fast food does walk ups. Disappointing.

No one was wearing gloves and I watched them touch my food with bare hands. I decided to use the bathroom which was absolutely disgusting. The lock on the stall door is broken and the coat hanger clearly smashed off. They even got my order completely wrong (ordered a Dave’s single and got a chicken burger), and the chicken was slimy and gross. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Living downtown, can't walk and get any food from them at night as they lock the door and won't acknowledge me standing at the window. Another business treating their neighbours poorly because of the local homeless problem. I'm tired of being punished for these people.

It seems as though I was interrupting the staff, they were busy doing something behind the scenes and one lady peaked out and said someone will be right with you, several more minutes went by and someone else peaked out and asked if I had been helped yetWhile waiting for my order, a manager came out and asked what I was waiting for, my order I said, and walked away. The person behind me got their order before me and left.Experience was bad all the way aroundI'm douting that I will return again, the staff seems very distracted and not much of a team atmosphere at all.The staff really need to step it up a bit, or at least work as a team more. Has anyone else experienced this?

A manager, and one of the workers (refused to give me their names) FORCED me to pay for a frosty AFTER using the bathroom. A BATHROOM IS A NECESSITY NOT A WANT. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Wendy’s. I didn’t want it to be a big deal, and the girls started giving attitude and threatened to call the police. I’m a tourist here, the worst start to my trip on Vancouver Island.

Food's always good--hot, tasty, made correctly. Sometimes a pretty long wait to even have your order taken if you're inside the restaurant [can't speak for the drive-thru, I don't have a car].Staff really seem unenthused, but I wouldn't say the service is bad, per se.

Not Kid Friendly - or Friendly at all - We got off the ferry, hungry of course, took a family of 5 to this wendys for lunch, we were waiting in line to order, children and parent needed to go bathroom, we asked to use the bathroom and manager rudely said only for customers" walking away
