I hired Karolina to assist me with renting out two of my condo units. During that time, we were in the middle of pandemic and the rental market was down. However Karolina was still able to get both of my units rented and finding me good tenants. She is very responsive and very knowledgeable. Both Jarrod and Karolina helped me sell my condo about a month ago. I interviewed multiple realtors and not only did the Armstrong team offer more in terms of services( better marketing, videos, and staging) they did for less then the competition.Before I met with them I was sure there commission rate would be out of my range, but I was wrong and blown away by their presentation.
