Steeles 400 Car Wash
New owner does not care about customer care and does not recognize prepaid packages. Package costed folks like me a pretty penny. One fact for certain is that neither me nor my family are ever visiting this car wash again.

One star is for new owner attitude. When customer comes to you and tries to show you scratch made by your car wash and ask you if you can pre -rinse it so it doesn't happen again on a brand new car you should listen and do everything to improve your service not give him a speech that car in front of him was worth 5 times as much.As wash goes , it washes OK if you don't mind sometimes your left mirror folded violently by a brush or scratch on the paint if car in front of you left dirt on brushes. Defensively not as good as known brand car washes.

Highly recommend car wash. Super soft brushes super nice rinse, free vacuum. Overall best car wash in the area, $5 for basic carwash. Or buy pass $20 for 5 washes.

I refuse to go anywhere else. These guys are so down to earth and friendly, and they are independently owned and operated. The prices are fantastic and the service is amazing. What more can you ask for?

Take both my car and wife's car there. Great price and the owners are the nicest people. Price is a steal and quality of wash is way better any gas station wash will do for your car. Highly recommend.

This wash is under new management. They are open when they say they are! Disregard previous reviews. I've been over 10 times in the last month (as I work in the area) and they have always been open! New owners name is Stan and he is super friendly, always shakes my hand and thanks me for my business. Seems he always has a special on which helps the wallet! Highly recommend.
