The keys look the right but are very weak. They can't turn the lock, except with a kot of strength and feels like they might break off inside the lock. EDIT: I was refunded for the purchase and the service was excellent.

I requested for 3 keys. Machines accepted the payment and I got 1 key only then there was an error message coming up Out of service". I was keep calling the customer service

The key is not working. now, I don't know to whom we have to contact and also, it doesn't belong with Walmart; it is just a third-party.

I just got a key duplication done from one of the locations in walmart but the key does not work at all. Not a good quality of service seems like just wasted my money would never recommend anyone

I made 3 keys, non of them open the locks. But I contacted client care and they told me that my money would be reimbursed in 14 business days.

Charge For making key is very high and key made was good but it is expensive. My key was small still i got charged 4.51. For any key charge should be around 1.99One more thing is when i was making 1 key it was showing me to add 1 extra key and get discount but there was not option to scan another key. I have to finish that transaction and have to start over for second key so was not able to get discount
