I go mostly afternoons and I always see trash on the tables and on the floor. This place is filthy and smells. It is no chance to sit down because it is mess in most chairs and tables. Burlington is beautiful city and all stores are cool , beside this Tim Hortons that is extremely dirty .

Worst Tim Horton’s ever. Keeps limited employees and there’s always a long line. 1 person at the cashier on a summer Saturday and the same person also prepares the orders! The donuts were not as fresh

I guess I have to find some where else to eat my breakfast.look, I've lived here my whole life in burlington, and I even went to the school across the street from this tim hortons.God I was horrified by the TERRIBLE customer service, and cleanliness. More than one table had spills and messes, no wet floor sign for the big spills you occasionally find around the store, and what tipped me off the most was there were 2 bags of garbage sitting OUTSIDE the already full garbage disposal.I wouldn't usually be so harsh, but I WATCHED the worker who was making my food, it was not busy at all, and the staff was talking with themselves as I am waiting for my order. While the 2 girls were just talking and leaning, they could of had the place cleaned up.I work in the customer service industry and these are BASIC things people who work in customer service should know and be trained how to do.At this point why would I or anyone else trust that the food is clean and safe, the amount of garbage that is lying around I wouldn't be surprised seeing a cockroach.SO Disappointing

I've been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food and drink. Wish i could say this was the first time, but this happens almost every time i order mobile here. Been coming here for 6 years, but in the last year, it has been beyond horrible for wait time. Maybe they hate me specifically, or there is a miscommunication somewhere that prevents the staff from maintaining a flow in product. Either in the mobile system itself or in food prep. I've ordered anywhere between 9am and noon, and it seems to be a consistent problem. A lot of the time, the breakfast comes cold, so I'm not sure it's always the food being held up. As someone with back issues, it can be a struggle to stand for a period of time.I keep coming back because it's the closest Timmies, and when the food is served well, it's great. I feel like there is a communication issue somewhere, so I hope the review helps shed light on it so maybe it can be resolved.

The person taking the order was in a huge rush and was impatient. Once the order was placed it took them a long time to get a bagel ready. The line up of people was getting longer and when i asked why there was a delay I was told by one of the staff (supposedly a trainer) that they had new staff starting today. The tone he used was as if I should have known that they had new staff! I'm good with giving new people additional time to learn but the trainer could have been proactively telling people why there was a delay and not assume that customers in the line up already knew that they had new staff! He should pay attention to his tone as well.

A very good location. The food was good, coffee was fresh and hot and the washrooms were clean. The staff is really good and there are lot of parking spaces nearby.

My 11 year old son went to put garbage in the outside garbage can was stopped by an employee telling him he can’t put anything in other than Tim Horton’s garbage. It was a McDonald’s bag with Tim’s coffee cups, wrap sleeves AND 1 chicken nugget box. He told the guy there’s Tim Hortons garbage in there. The guy actually opened the bag, took the Tim’s stuff out and went to give the nugget box and McDonald’s bag back to my son. He was quite nasty and my son has an intellectual disability, he takes things to heart, so he was upset. He called out to his grandma and then the guy snatched the bag from him. If you don’t want any other garbage don’t have a garbage can outside your store!!Our family has frequented here often but will not come back. All the other the others posting about the trash service are correct as well.

Same food and good service but this location was in a sketch part of town. Some strange individuals around this place. We wanted to sit outside but didn't feel quite comfortable as we were approached by a not so stable individual so we sat in our truck instead.

To the owner that can’t run a proper Tim Hortons. By standing in line for 10 minutes, which I was the only person. One woman serving a customer while 2 other workers standing around. I give it ⭐️to the owner of the store and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to Lori that was working too hard on her own and she was very pleasant to deal with. Keep up with the well done work Lori. Hope that someone does something to make that Tim Hortons better.
