Came in my with my cat for blood work, was told he needed to be put on a kidney diet as he has high levels of creatinine and lipase. Doctors were fully aware my boy is on a raw/ cooked diet and did not tell me he was supposed to fast prior to blood work. I didn’t listen to their suggestions as my cat did not display any other symptoms of kidney failure or pancreatitis. Dr hamid was really nice but the owner of the practice ( don’t know his name) dropped my cat on the metal examination table in front of me. I ended up going to the Jane Animal hospital where I was told my cat should fast prior to blood work. Lo and behold… he’s 100% healthy like I suspected. Kidney and pancreas functioning at 100%

They were straightforward and helpful with all my questions, the prices are reasonable, they’re very friendly people and the wait time doesn’t take long depending on the hour you arrive.Their location is also very well organized and if I had to, I would trust them to care for my pets overnight.

Excellent service! Staffs are nice. Veterinarian Arif is highly knowledgeable and very much caring. I strongly recommend to take your pet to him. Best place to take care of your pet’s health.

What a caring Staff. Took my little guy in here for the first time yesterday they were absolutely fantastic. He felt comfortable, was given his vaccinations without any discomfort or fear, left with his tail wagging. The Dr. was thorough and talking to him the whole time to make sure he was comfortable. I will definitely be making this our regular vet. The prices are very affordable. Thank you Dr. Gad and staff for a great experience from myself and Theo.

I took my two chihuahuas to their yearly vaccines... Friendly staff, great vet, extremely professional, accessible prices and excellent protocols. This will be my place even if I move to Montreal.

Re:My Ferret servicing. Truly FANTASTIC experience. From the very long phone call answering all my questions, to squeezing me in last minute. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. Vet actually spent time explaining and reassuring us. They even called to check on him the next day. Also very good prices!! A++++ all around. Thanks for being great.

My dog is 11 yrs old and I've been taking her to this vet since I got her as a puppy. The staff are friendly and the vet, Dr. Gad is very friendly and genuinely seems to love and care about animals. The prices are very reasonable and even though I moved out of town several years ago, I still think it's worth the drive to take my dog here.

Very good staff. Vaccines are 68 plus tax about 76 total. Friendly staff, not croweded at all. I only went for shots for my dogs, but you can tell they make sure your dog is comfortable. Will be going to them from now on. They did the 3 year rabbies vaccine for my dogs for the 76.
