Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning
I called to book an appointment. Was given a quote and a date picked. Was told that the owner needed to be called to confirm the appointment I would be called back by the end of the day. No call by the end of the day. I called again in the morning for a confirmation was told that they were still waiting for the go ahead from the boss. Still no call back to confirm. I called two days later only to be told that they weren't booking any appointments in my area at this time. Very poor customer service! Guess who will never use your company now?

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning
Great experience with the oxy fresh crew. Had a washing machine taken out of my basement and left some stains on my carpet. Oxy fresh came and cleaned it up better than when I moved in. Highly recommend them.

Amazing results! 3 yr old red wine stains disappeared. The service was excellent as was the price. My carpets smelled great, no chemical smell. Highly recommend them!

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning
We have an older carpet in a room that is high traffic to the outside. I was sure I was going to have to replace it but thought I would give Oxi Fresh a shot. Not only was the service outstanding, but the carpet looks like new without all the water and muck of traditional carpet cleaning. Much more environmentally friendly.

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning
Unprofessional. Website doesn’t work, so it was impossible to book outside of website and despite advertising services in my neighbourhood, said they couldn’t come because their one machine (?) is down until further notice. No where is that mentioned, and I basically had an appointment before the service desk swept the rug from under me. For a company that isn’t open Sundays, you’d think there would a bit of notice of areas that were no longer serviceable even if it was temporary. An absolute joke.
