Walking into Ridgewood is like walking into a family member’s home. I’m always greeted warmly. They provide exceptional service and my car is always ready when promised. As I told my service advisor, I don’t know why anyone in the area would buy a vehicle at or have it serviced by any other dealership!! I highly recommend Ridgewood with no hesitation.

My grand father has dealt with Chris at Ridgewood Ford for many years and has sworn by him, I'm purchasing my second truck from Chris this Monday. Every time I get a new vehicle I look around all over no one has come close to what deals Ridgewood Ford offers me. My last truck Chris taught me what every feature did set up the ford app for me and all, my current truck when I went to pick up he was polishing my wheels him self sleeves rolled up, finessed up with me rolled the sleeves down and went to the next customer. I drive 3.5 hours passing many ford dealers to go here, Chris goes above and beyond in every aspect I 100% recommend asking for him or his son who he recently told me started as a sales man!

I came into town to charge my Mach e but all the charging stations were down. I went over to Ridgewood Ford to see if they had one I could use but unfortunately did not. The service dept called up Minden Subaru and asked if I could use their charger. That was very kind of them to make sure I could get home. Thank you for the great service!

Great Service. Mark Hamilton asked Service to look after me. They Installed a trailer break control right away and got me up and running for the weekend. This was Summer of 2021 I forgot to post then. Great experience will definitely be back..
