I brought in a prescription that waz half of my regular prescription .30 pills instead of 60. I have never paid for these meds before now it cost $50 for 30 when 60 pills was always free.I asked an was simply told its not covered. When i said i have containers of 60 at home i got free from Jean coutu in another location they shrugged an left the conversation.I still don't know why im paying for 30 pills now

Alone in line at the lab and it still took them 20+ minutes to give me a basic prescription.

Totally frustrated. Asked the pharmacist to send a fax to my doctor for medication. I was not listened to, I was not understood, not serviced, not cared of. The answer was: It is not serious. I was not satisfied. It is not the first time I come to this pharmacy and I have prove that I have to strive for my health and for my family.
