We experienced an emergency flood in our home and the on-call plumber was so fast to get here. Appreciated his hard work and professional manner.

Beware! Warning! Use this company with extreme caution. I was charged over $1200/hr for a simple 20 minute job. Massive, next level, not even in this stratosphere rip off! Do your due diligence before you let this company steal your hard earned money. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I called and had a service person arrive within a few hours. He was thorough and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Mr. Rooter - and particularly Scott - are our go to for any new plumbing or plumbing repairs. Really good response, efficient, personable, fixed first time - I would recommend them to anyone.

Long Easter weekend Saturday. Called Mr. Rooter to fix the backed up drainage.Young arrogant, inexperienced, pompous service guy arrived. Walked into the house, took his shoes off, no tools, no drop-sheets, quickly looked around & estimated right away this would cost us about $800.00 (ended up paying $1000.00).After 4 long hours of walking in & out of our home, taking his shoes off, I finally told him to just walk in as it was cold outside. He never brought all the tools in nor did he put down drop sheets. Then he says there is nothing he can do anymore as did everything possible to fix it. You can't just leave us with the blocked drainage? Things are now getting testy.Finally the owner came and got the drainage flowing but extra outside work needed to be done another day.10 days later they came to dig up the outside & underneath. This bill was about $2500.00 which was paid by the park. We were guaranteed it was FIXED and it would NEVER block again. Park Manger was also present when that was promised.Wrong! A week later it backed up again. A slightly more seasoned guy arrived, quoted another $1773.00 to get it properly" fixed.We tried to negotiate by asking to minus the first bill $1000.0 & we would pay the extra $773.00.Well

My first contact was with a woman who knows the business inside and out. She had great recommendations and had a plumber here within the hour. He was professional, experienced, clearly outlined the problem, courteous and friendly. They did a follow up call. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a clogged uo bath tub and Ryan camer to the rescue . He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Solve the problem facing us. Thank you Ryan. Great job.

We had a leak and a backup emergency and Ryan and the team made time for us the same day. He was very kind, professional, and efficient with the work, and it was also very competitively priced. 10/10 will use these guys for anything that we need help with in the future!

Have used Mr Rooter many times and never disappointed!! They don’t fool around. They get in and access the issue and make repairs very quickly. This effected 32 residence. A main water line. Water off, excavated, repaired, backfilled, water on in less than 3 hours! The owner Jason usually runs the excavator. How often do you see that!?! Ryan is our favorite. Great with tenants and not afraid of a little hard work and getting his hands dirty. They always look for ways to save their clients money. We never want problems but when we do they will be our first call!! Janine and Don.
