Great little diner just outside this small city's limits. Food was great. I had a bacon, sausage and spinach omelette, with a generous amount of the bacon and sausage. But the most entertaining thing for our table of 8 were the blooming teas. The Teas were mild but had sufficient flavour. I ordered the Blueberry. Service was a bit slow, but it was also a busy brunch crowd - all tables were taken. The owner, Teresa, and our server were quite attentive, so we did not mind the wait. And it's a small town, so who's in a rush? If you are ever near Trail, BC and looking for a good place to eat, check out Lil T's Cafe.

My partner and I go here almost every Saturday for either breakfast, brunch or lunch. Excellent home-made food. The ladies who work there have never given a bad meal, or terrible service. The atmosphere is perfect, and even longer wait times can be justified once you get your meal.If you happen to go there for lunch, grab the mushroom swiss burger. It's probably one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.

Had breakfast here twice as it seemed to be the only breakfast option we could find in Trail that wasn't fast food. Both times we had quick, friendly service and our food was great and reasonably priced. We found the portions to be huge so you don't leave hungry. Note that it also seems to be the only place in Trail with scoop ice cream. They close at 3 weekdays and 2 weekends and aren't open Mondays and Tuesdays.

Tasty, filling, brakefast. Eggs benedict were delicious. Great local experience with friendly service. Breakfast did take an hour so be prepared for a relaxing morning.May have to come back later for ice cream.

Right from the beginning it was a complete disaster. I understand that our server wasn't having the best day but she didn't have to take it out on us. We were never served water. Our server was rude to us and made us feel like we were a burden. She told us that she wanted to quit and wished that her other customers would get hemorrhoids. Who knows which ailments she wished upon us. From the time of ordering it took over an hour for breakfast to show up. And everything was cold. There was hair in our food. Nobody could bring themselves to finish their meals. We will not be coming back.

Hmm so this place will give you mixed emotions especially if you’re not a local. The moment we walked in , it got silent and felt weird. But then again I understand why, we look different. The food was good, portions wasn’t too bad.

Writing this to save people from a poor experience.Waiting for an hour in not even a half full restaurant, you get food which doesn't deserve more than 2 stars. Extremely sweet but incompetent sever does nothing but stress you out.I get the reason why the other gave 5 stars reviews, sure you want to support a local business ran by sweet ladies and feel good about it, but the reviews shouldn't be bias like that.

Service was slow and my poached eggs were cooked in a microwave. The holidays sauce was also from a package it was white almost clear.My wife's French toast was pretty good so this is why you get 2 stars.

Excellent customer service and great home style cooking. Had a double egg, ham and cheese sandwich with hand diced hash browns. Super excited about the next visit. Great job!
