Not very friendly staff. I was growled at by sales clerk to move to another area while she got an item from showcase. My husband purchased an item as well without a hello, thank you or goodbye. He overheard the two staff discussing store problems. Not very appropriate.

It’s ok. Selection is limited for smaller sized women though. Also, no discount for donations so I take my donations elsewhere.

Friendly staff but really wish these places would adjust to covid after all this time and open up change rooms. Create a job for somebody sanitizing handles etc after, gives somebody work and provide a positive experience for customers? All final sale so customers potentially ending up with clothing that doesn't fit, where does it go then? Back to you guys so you can resell over and over or in the garbage?

My favourite thrift store is not just for the good finds but the friendly and welcoming staff! They helped my little guy look for an item and always seem to go the extra mile to be kind. Thank you for being such great people, providing affordable items and serving the community :)

Hands down the most incredible thrift store in Nanaimo.. From it's cleanliness to its abundant inventory I am so happy to recommend this as a must go to thrift store for anyone that's into saving money or helping their community. I've found so many wicked treasures I make sure and just land there to check it out at least once a week. ;) Good luck

The place is so packed with clothes it is impossible to look through easily, and it is the same scenario at the North Store as well. I am sure this is due to everyone deciding to clean out their closets over the lock down.Years ago the old Thrift store on Howard use to have a Bag Sale" where a person would pay for a bag and could stuff as much clothes in the bag as possible. It was a good money maker and certainly had the clothes laterally flying off the shelves. I believe the draw back was people not being able to use the change rooms as there was always some one blocking it. (if I remember correctly) However

Really friendly staff every time I've been in. Unbeatable prices and good selection. They keep the space clean and always have new items! I wish the change rooms were open, but I understand it's easier for staff to keep them closed these days.
