We had a great experience at Chemo RV. Went in looking for a used unit, they didn’t try to up sell us and listened to what we were looking for. Had the perfect unit on the lot that had just come in. Melissa and the rest of the staff were friendly and easy to work with.

What a pleasant experience to stop at Chemo RV 150 Mile House location unexpectedly during one of our trip south to the coast! The service department was quick to respond, understanding of our situation and got our unit fixed and ready within minutes. The tech, the service agent along with everyone in the store all go above and beyond to welcome you, to make sure you have what you need and to make you feel at home. In years of owning RVs, this is the first place I've been where the staff is so professional and unbelievably polite. They have mastered the customer service experience... others could learn a lot from them! Thank you!

Service is excellent here throughout the store. Whether it be Service, Parts, Reception or any of the staff. I know I'll be treated well. They go above and beyond to get you back on the camping trail.

On April 28, Friday afternoon, on a trip from Osoyoos to Prince George, we stopped in with a problem with hot water heater, running on propane, but not working. James came out to trailer and diagnosed an inline blown fuse. James escorted my husband into sales department, where he purchased part. Presto, hot water tank working! Thank you, James, for taking time to help us on our maiden 'voyage' with our trailer. Very much appreciated.

We had an incredible experience here. Halfway through our trip, the hot water heater in our RV stopped working. We stopped in here and lucky for us they had a technician, Logan, who was able to help us out and have us back on the road in no time. We passed the time browsing in the store and looking at their RVs. They have everything you might need and everyone was very welcoming and kind.Overall great experience!

We highly recommend Chemo RV in 150 Mile House. We purchased our 2023 Northern Lite Camper from them over the phone as we live in the lower mainland of Vancouver. From our first phone call to the day, we picked up the camper we had the feeling we were in good hands. Kelly and his team did an awesome job. They were professional and made us feel at ease, like longtime friends. All questions/information we requested were answered or they got back to us promptly. A special thank you to Melissa who weathered the cold and snow and the team member who shoveled the path so she could take us on a virtual tour of the camper. The excellent service continued after we arrived in 150 Mile House until the camper was loaded and we were happily on our way. Excellent service from Jordan and all staff. We had brake issues and they got us in and worked out the issue with a super helpful friendly atmosphere. Saved our holidays!!! Thanks team Chemo.

Joe did an inverter install for us, and it was an excellent job! He managed to make it really neat, even though the new inverter remote panel was smaller than the previous one, he made it look like it wasn't! Well done Joe!
