After a bad experience at another pool store I decided to try these guys, don’t hesitate to use them.As a first time pool owner Having a green pool can be overwhelming. The staff walked me through everything and as a result I have a crystal clear pool.

Had a problem with a pool which was improperly installed in 2016 by a temporary crew. Dealt with Mike and Alex in Mississauga and everything has been straightened out (literally) and pool is now level and round! Had to wait for the end of the season as weather in the spring was too wet. The summer of 2017 sucked bilge water but we were able to make the best of it. Thanks to Sergei and his crew for the great re-installation job. Alex came through for us and we recommend this location (as well as the Pickering location where our previous pool came from). Thanks again for looking out for us! R&L

When the hot tub dies the day it drops to -10, and it’s close to freezing. These are the guys who have the parts, and the advice on what to do! Called 20 other places, not kidding, and had to drive from Burlington, but the hot tub lives again! already back to 104 degrees.

This is the go to place for all your swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa,etc needs. Staff are very knowledgeable and offer great advice on how to care for your purchase. My wife and I purchased an above ground 15' pool, had it installed and have totally enjoyed the summer with the kids. Mike McBride was especially helpful with the chemicals required and also with the closing process this fall. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received

We met a lot of people while making our year long decision to buy a swim spa for the family. This was big deal for us and we found Mike McBride to be very knowledgeable and generous with both his experience and time. Mike eased the process of buying and maintaining our new Coast product, which we are delighted with. We found Mike's guidance to stand the test of time and appreciated his replies to all our e-mails. Went in this store for the first time yesterday, and was quickly rushed out, seemed like these guys just wanted to go home, no help from anybody and when I asked for was very rudely brushed off by the manager.

Great place to shop for quality spas and above/semi inground pools and the extras. I had a good experience purchasing my swim spa here. They have a water testing lab and staff will let you know what you need to get your spa or pool at it's best. Found everything I need and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I have made some very large purchases from them. I have only good things to say about Alex, Peter and the organization. Great knowledge, terrific competitive prices and broad selection. If you have a pool, you need to try them out.
