We had a client dropping off a bunch of sensitive equipment to be packed up and shipped out to the west coast BC! We were dealing with Caroline and Janin and they were fantastic. Quick responses amazing service they even offered to help translate because or client spoke only French and we spoke only English. We have shipped with different UPS Store locations in the past however this was by far the BEST SERVICE. Nicest, Kindest and most competent people we have had the pleasure of dealing with. I told them they were fantastic over the phone however, I am not one to jump on and write a review but they were the best so I had to! KUDOS! to this store such a great team!!

Excélent services pour les services UPS.Deplus il offre d'excédents services D'IMPRESSIONS dans plusieurs formats et sur différents matériaux, tous cela à un excélent PRiX. Communiquer avec eu ou allez les visiter au Walmart de #Victoriaville vous réaliserez ce que vous pouvez gagner.

I bought an item from an auction house in Roseville MI and needed to get it shipped in Victoriaville Qc, so I got in touch with UPS store # 0053 by phone to arrange the shipping on March 3rd. I want to say that the man who answered was totally incompetent, didn't give a tracking number, I thought maybe he'd send me one by Email. So after a week I got in touch with the store #552 in Victoriaville the package was finally delivered on March 20th only because the Victoriaville store #552 made several inquiries, at least 5, otherwise my package would still be stuck in purgatory, so I give a minus ten to store #0053 and 10/10 to store #552.Sincerely Lucie St-Aubin
