Amazing pretty much sums up the service, attention to detail, location, and overall experience the owner and staff provide. My Bosch hammer drill broke down last year and the first repair shop I took it to ripped me off and didn't even fix the problem. K.Y. Tools took on the task and made miracles happen. Thanks guys for a job well done. Highly recommended.

Mr. Jonathan (of K.Y. Tools, Kelowna, BC) is very professional, polite and knowledgeable person. He knows what he is doing. With one of my Milwaukee tool I had a warranty problem. Mr. Jonathan solved my problem very efficiently within one day. If anyone have problem with Milwaukee tools, I will recommend them to Call Mr. Jonathan at K.Y. Tools in Kelowna, BC.

Local shop feel from a big name brand, absolutely amazing.-2 year old grinder, 3 year old impact driver, 1 year old stapler all repaired or replaced on warranty, hassle free at no cost.-mag drill smashed by 200lb gorilla, repaired quickly and affordably.-The quality of service has made me brand loyal. Sigh, I'm not like the other team red people...
