Eric is one of the hardest working and detail oriented people I have ever met. That level of detail is very much noticed here. Great experience for golf and great atmosphere to hang with some buds!

This review isn't about the facility, I'm certain it's excellent.I had a problem with making a change to my booking that wasn't resolved by email. When I brought it to their attention, they issued a credit for the full amount right away plus a little bit extra. I appreciate the prompt response.The website is still cumbersome and not easily navigated through, especially the method to change the date (more notably on a mobile device), nor is there a way to change an existing booking other than through email.I look forward to visiting in the near future.

This place is amazing!!! The sims are incredible and The AI tech is so cool. We just rolled up and played. didn’t have to talk to anyone. Definitely be making this a weekly ritual.

Just received free hour for my birthday after only playing for 3 hours prior..... Good show uptown absolutely stoked on that!!! Also really fun and well kept facilities... Thank you!!

Just got some free clubs and wanted to figure out my ranges between my irons and also my driver. When I did hit the ball consistently it was apparent with how it was represented on screen. I did an hour. Tested for 1/2 of it then played 5 holes on pebble beach (I’m no pro lol) but the experience was about as good as it gets in winter. I had a blast! I understand my clubs a bit better now and it also lets you putt which I didn’t expect so that was pretty cool! You get the gimmie within 5’.Pricing seems a touch high but it’s a new business and needs to make profits so I understand it. I recommend using the facility and experiencing the play before just saying “no”.All around a great experience and I will be back to try and improve my game!

Really cool place! Simple online booking process, the Simulators & equipment are top notch, Eric was great to work with when we had a few questions prior to our first visit.Will definitely be back!

Amazing! I’ve been to many indoor golf facilities but this was by far the best indoor golf experience I’ve ever had. A cozy, modern place with a highly knowledgeable owner that leads to nothing but great customer service. They have a great concept where you can book online anytime. User experience is easy to follow. Great place for anyone to enjoy a game of golf. Truly a nice concept and location! I highly recommend Uptown Golf. Can’t wait to go back.

Very nice facility.They need to install coat hooks for each bay.I believe the lighting needs to be slightly brighter. Sometimes it's very challenging finding black tees in the semi dark with a flashlight.I believe having an on site phone to call for support or leave a message would be very helpful. Emailing someone doesn't give you quick help or assurance to stay and wait.Our screen malfunctioned a few weeks ago, so we emailed support and the owner? came in about a half hour later to fix. Thankfully we had figured out how to power off the screen and back on again, which worked. The guy who came gave us an extra half hour, which we appreciated. I guess that's the downside to an unmanned facility.

It’s a bold play to charge people before an experience & not have an employee of any sort around to help with the inevitable technical glitches that come with simulation games like this. The system got stuck in a drop ball area- causing us to have to reset our game. Then when we tried a new course, the system wouldn’t load, or recognize the golf ball. None of this is covered in their tutorial online, seems they’re hoping you use 30 mins of your hour to figure it out for yourself. If you’re really itching for golf, this place is alright but I’d first recommend going to a driving range.We spent 2 hours and got through 10 holes with the connection issues & system glitches.

UPDATE: After going a number of times, the quality is already deteriorating. This is a great idea, but the lack of any staff is a real problem. Equipment is already starting to break, and you have no one to talk to. I emailed to tell them about a problem with a screen that really wasted a lot of time and I haven’t heard back in 5 days.Also, today a group had music playing loudly from a phone, and as much as I enjoy Fleetwood Mac, it was a bit distracting. Once again, no one to talk to about it.I loved this place I initially, but not anymore. Glad the outdoor golf season is upon us.Great addition to the area. This is a ton of fun. Easy to book and use and great for the whole family.
