factory carpet cleaning

I shampoo my area rugs regularly at home due to having 2 dogs it is necessary but when I pulled the carpets up and turned them over they were disguisting....to the point my husband told me to get rid of the carpets. These were not cheap carpets so not like I could just go out and buy some more and I love the carpets. So when I came across this sight and they said they clean the top and bottom, I thought what the heck do I have to lose. So I told my husband what I was going to do but he was very skeptical about the whole thing.Well, let me tell you, he hasn't stopped raving about how well they turned out. Mary told me they had to do them 3 times (like I said, they were bad) but there was no extra charge for that, they picked up and delivered right to my door. We are so very happy that my husband wants to send the carpets out twice a year now.Will definately be recommending to anyone who needs their rugs cleaned.

Don't waste your money with this company, there cleaning is zero, better use your money to buy new Rug . They will charge you extra fee for carpet protection, all is lies just to extra money from you. Run far from this company. If I can give zero star ,that's what best to describe there job.

I would like to give this company 1 stars, overall very disappointed in sofa cleaning I see no difference in my sofa, I would never hire them again.
