This is the best Mary Brown's location. The meat is always cooked to perfection. Its not oily and it always hits the spot. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and polite. The restaurant is very clean. We live in Ajax and only visit this location.

New location and it shows; they actually care alot about the quality of food and customer service. I have eaten at all the Mary Browns in Oshawa and Whitby this is the best, most consistent location! Bon appetit!!!

Mary Brown's Chicken
Stopped in for lunch on our drive up to Ottawa from TO. We were travelling with our toddler and not only did they have a high chair at the ready for us, but the staff took the time to say hi and interact with our little girl. Not to forget the food there is amazing and doesn't taste like other fast food chain. Can't recommend enough!

We ordered from this location on May 4/23 and have tried reaching out to them a couple of times. The chicken we were served was undercooked and we have not had a response from anyone to date. We normally order from the location on Garden Street in Whitby but were in this location but will never order from there again.

We ordered through skip the dishes almost $300 worth of food. The restaurant sent everything we asked for. The chicken was so fresh and hot when it came. All the food tasted delicious. I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond by adding all the necessary items without us even requesting it. They sent all the condiments and utensils, plates, napkins etc. Thank you again to the staff. I hope you continue to provide the same level of service for all.

I've eaten twice at the Whitby location, both times were really great experiences! Very clean, friendly staff, food fresh and delish. The extra little details are wonderful too, you can tell the staff just don't slap the food together like some places, they take extra care. Will def be back, a little costlier but worth the experience.

Mary Brown's Chicken
I went into the store to purchase a big Mary original combo. I received a spicy sandwich. I was on my lunch and rushed back to the store to correct the error. I then proceeded to eat my food and the taters taste old as if they were warmed up from yesterday or the last couple of days. This is not acceptable. I was almost late returning home and believed the issue was fixed only to realize that they gave me old stale potatoes. Not happy as this is an expensive meal!
