If I could give ZERO stars I would! Lloyd Harder is a con artist. He will destroy your home like he destroyed mine! Changing your name to Foundation Pros from Big Stone Construction does not change this shady business! Please do your research and just because a company is cheaper doesn’t mean you should go go with them. I highly recommend you pay more money and go with a company that provides a warranty. If you read the reviews below from family members with the last name HARDER, you will see they were not smart enough to change their name. Harder will take shortcuts, hide his shoddy work and you will not find a problem until it’s too late. Please do not hire this company!!! I had to get my house fixed by another company after he destroyed my home!

DO NOT think Foundation Pros BBB accredited title has any meaning, a company can BUY a good rating on the website.If you are reading this, please take these poor google reviews seriously.they seem to be the only real ones.One week or so after we got our foundation fixed" it rained hard and it started leaking.Also after "finishing" part of our job he left his mess behind and ignored our calls

Hired Lloyd when he operated under Big Stones Construction to drill and pour foundation piles around the base of the house. He came in cheaper than any established business. Dig up the foundation again later to perform more unrelated repair work and learned that none of the piles are actually in contact with the house. I have literally had people he hired on this job come to me after the fact and tell me how he missed every pile. The house does not make contact with any of the piles.Do not hire this man to perform your work. You are much better off paying the extra to have a professional company come with am engineer to solve your foundation issue.

i Hired Foundation Pro's of Winnipeg to do the work on my Foundation the job was done Proper and on time as promised. Any questions i had about the process were answered before and during the Job to satisfaction and at a Good Price Compared to other companies that i had come out for a quote also Very Hard workers.Thank You Foundation Pro's of Winnipeg. I am Enjoying my nice dry Basement once again =)

Lloyd did the job but did not send us a receipt despite several requests. He promised the job was under a 15 year warranty transferable to a new owner of the home and that is the main reason we went with this company. He put us off for months about sending us a receipt and we still have no proof the job was done two months later. I can't imagine why it is taking so long to send off the receipt through email, unless he doesn't want to honour his warranty. Promises to send receipt but never arrives.

I don't know how good or bad their work is, but I had their truck drive out of my neighbor's driveway right in front of me then block the road and say unprofessional language at me because I honked. This was on icy roads, and I could have run into their truck due to their representative's inconsiderate driving. I called their voicemail but do not expect to hear back- it seems this is a one man company" as the number is a cellular prefix. Pretty foolish driving recklessly while driving a truck covered in advertising for the company... but I guess the reviews (not just on Google) say it all for this "business". BTW

Short story, this company was extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend them.I had a quote done by Foundation Pros. The quote that was provided to me looked really good and was cheaper than some other companies, and they said they could start sooner than everyone else. I decided to go for it, and told them I had picked them for the job. They emailed me back saying they could start on Monday! I emailed back to clarify method of payment, but never heard back. Monday came and went and no one showed up. I called them and no one answered. I emailed them and no one replied. I called and emailed again at the end of the week and finally received an email reply, ... sorry on the delay we will be in touch shortly." Well

This is an honest review of this company. If you want a mickey mouse company to do your foundation then this is the company to use. They will cut cost by doing short cuts. Mr. Harder had another company before this that went out of business called Big Stone constructions. He was getting sued left to right and had to fold the business. Then he started Foundation so-called pro" of Winnipeg. If you need your foundation done right

I would never work for this company again, Lloyd harder is very unprofessional. He hires his employees unqualified, has a hard time paying them and sometimes doesn't pay them at all. Why hire foundation pros? When there are no pros in the company, we learned on the job. Don't hire Lloyd. And if you see this Lloyd, you still owe me money.
