I talked to a really nice man on the phone he was so sweet so kind I would recommend this place to anyone he took the time to answer my question. Unlike another Pool Company on Martin Grove and Beth Ridge she just said I don't know I can't help you are you kidding me. So if you want good customer service go with Metro pools they're wonderful!

I didn’t realize there was a pool place so close to my house. I needed a cartridge for my pool filter - they ordered one yesterday and I picked it up today. The price was great, the service was great, and the staff remembered me when I called back. They’ve got a new customer in me!

I would highly recommend Metro Pool Services. I've had my pool closed and opened by them since we first moved in. They came when they promised, did all the work necessary to take the cover on and off, as well as cleaned and balanced the chemicals. I also had an issue with a leaking pipe which I discovered the following day, and they tended to this almost immediately so that I could use the pool for an upcoming family gathering. They went above and beyond, and I'll continue to use them in the future.

Metro Pools has maintained our pool for 35 years and has done several equipment upgrades and replacements.Everyone from technicians to office staff to owners is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.Not surprising that they have multiple other customers on our street.

Completely professional - opened my pool with 3 guys. Cleaned and washed cover, then rolled it and put away for me. Then washed down deck and cleaned the pool. In and out. Doug himself came buy to check in. I also bought a winter safety cover that fits like a glove and was installed by a great team. Highly recommended.

Needed help looking after an estate account and Metro Pool Services really stepped up to the plate in opening the pool, maintenance and weekly cleaning. Both the office and the guys who did the work were courteous and extremely helpful. If I ever get a pool, this will be the company I will use.

I acquired a pool with the purchase of my house. Having zero pool experience left me very anxious about maintaining my pool for safety and equipment longevity. I was recommended to use Metro Pools for my opening, and I cannot say enough about how great and comforting my experience has been with them every step of the way. Their front desk and phone staff are patient and easy to talk to. Their pool staff are very knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions regarding pool maintenance (I had a lot). All my interactions from start to end have been great.
