Family Urology Clinic

I was very excited to have my appointment with this doctors office for my son cause I’ve heard such great stories about this clinic. I was able to get my doctor to refer me to them. Fast forward I booked my appointment with them (3 weeks ago). But we recently tested positive for Covid so I called the office to inform them I’d have to reschedule. The reception Sandy picked up the phone and was very disrespectful and raising her voice at me.She accused me of talking to her early this morning which I didn’t & assumed I was this other patient who she was dealing with earlier. Mind you when she picked up the phone I stated my sons name in full (last name as well) twice and the time of my appointment for said date. She was saying I had to show proof of my Covid test still yelling at me after I explained my sons name was who she was saying. After I repeated it multiple times.In the beginning of the call I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt cause she could have been having a bad day which we all do at times but no she still had an attitude towards me over the phone as I was being polite about the whole situation.

Dr.Payne is an amazing doctor. He is kind, friendly and professional. We are very happy that we chose him for a circumcision procedure. He walked us through the steps and explained how to take care of it at home. The procedure was quick and painless. His staff are very friendly and kind, it was a pleasure to visit his clinic. Would definitely recommend him to others!

We had an appointment done for our newborn. Dr. Payne and the staff had been great and the operation went on very smoothly. The staff and Dr. Payne made sure to also follow up after the operation was done. Thank you for your great help!

Dr Payne and his staff were professional and the customer service was outstanding. My procedure went perfectly and I highly recommend this office.

My husband called to book a follow up appointment to be evaluated for a prescription, and the office staff said we needed to pay an outstanding $50 fee for not showing up to an appointment before booking another….but there was no appointment to show up to. They claimed to have given him a card for a follow up appointment, but they did not.When he tried to ACTUALLY book an appointment for a simple prescription, they made him an appointment for a VASECTOMY. He told her he didn’t need a vasectomy, and they were rude to him about their clerical mistake. He hung up on them, rightfully frustrated.I called and left two voicemails to resolve the issue on behalf of my now super embarrassed and frustrated spouse, and they were never returned to him or myself. I finally got ahold of someone at reception weeks later, and she was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. She interrupted me and told me she didn’t need to waive the fee, and I would receive a call back from her office manager. I asked her when I could expect a call back, and she said she didn’t know, maybe in the next two weeks. I told her that was unacceptable, as we have been trying to set an appointment for over a month now, and I would be calling everyday until they resolve the issue that they created. She hung up on me.Not only is this urology clinic incompetent and rude to their patients, they are also unhelpful and unyielding when they are clearly the ones making mistakes, refusing to resolve them in a timely or even kind fashion. Don’t go here. They’re the worst, especially the lady who books appointments at the front desk.

I had my procedure done today by dr Payne. He is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had.his Introduction,bed side manner, staff, knowledge and expertise is second to none.His staff and himself makes you feel comfortable right from the start and I would highly recommend him to anyone.Thank you

My first email to this clinic was in October 2022 about a service described on their website. I did not receive any replies. I called about 2 weeks later and spoke with the MOA. She first encouraged me to find a local doctor" as I'm from another province. I said I would like to see Dr. Payne given his experience and training written on his website
