This branch had bad service for years. Poorly staffed all the time. And new staff rotating who are poorly trained. Friday midday now 6 to 7 people in line 2 tellers.

Understaffed and unhelpful. Appointment cancelled with no notification. Waited an hour before being asked to come back another day. Lending agent was unfamiliar with basic loan process. Loan application sent off with missing and incorrect information. Had to secure financing from another institution - overall very bad experience. Complaint made to branch manager in person. Was asked to come back for another appointment with BM. Manager had gone home for the day when I arrived for scheduled appointment later that day. Unorganized, unprofessional.

We have been with the TD for 22 years.Have always done investing and mortgage renewals with the St Mary's branch. Our finance rep. is very helpful and friendly and she is always looking out for us.

Close to home so very convenient but also helpful, friendly staff.Only problem is, they suddenly and without warning closed the ATM vestibule before and after business hours... now it is quite inconvenient to take money out, as many of us are to be at work during those hours. What is the reason for this?
