I have worked here for over 5 years I love coming to work and seeing the residents smiling faces everyday. I have had a lot opportunity for growth within the company. The management has been very supportive in balancing my work and school life as I head into nursing school. I couldn’t have found a better place to work!

I work at Penninsula/Norgarden as a manager, I’ve been employed for over four months now, and it is an absolutely fantastic place to work. The staff, management and residents are all wonderful. I am so lucky to have found this job, I plan to stay until my retirement.

Absolutely terrible, they fire amazing workers and won’t give them reasons and are very rude and disrespectful to people I can’t believe what I heard and saw, I will never step foot on this property ever again because of how rude and disrespectful they are. I feel so bad for the residents who live here since every time I’ve met a resident they complain about how bad the workers are and how bad they treat the residents.
