This place is Horrible. I stopped here to get a tea and to use the restroom. Ok so got my tea but no restrooms inside. The have porta John's set up outside and they are filled to the sit with well you get it. I ended up finding a tree. DO NOT STOP THINKING YOU WILL HAVE A CLEAN OR EVEN HUMAN RESTROOM. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Don't stop bullsjit, no restroom small gas station nothing is here, better drive more miles to another truck stop not clean not food nothing is here

I can't believe how overpriced this place is. I thought the rest rooms wood be bigger than the smaller buildings at the other plaza. Complete failure

I wish NYS rest stops had more well rounded choices. It is all the big chain fast foods no healthy options. They are fairly clean though.

Port-a-potty stinky, but otherwise swell place. Small shop for life’s essentials such as morning-after pills, whip cream and fingerprint removal wipes. Staff unaccountably friendly.

What a joke. Spend millions to put in a new rest stop and u make a giant open building with 4 stalls. People stop at rest stops to go to the bathroom. Keep driving to another state or be prepared to stand in line for a toilet.

No service at this service plaza". Traveling from Ithaca to Buffalo. Needed to pee and Google maps suggested here. Signs on the thruway warned "No bathrooms"

On the long trips between nyc and Toronto this is a must stop. The services are very efficient and the restaurants have great service. The washrooms have regular cleaning so is always tidy.

Good restrooms, I don't spend money there though since Cuomo went on national television and said that if my values don't match his I'm not welcome in the state. He always has his hand out to take my tax money though! Too bad his mother didn't share his stand on abortion.
