If you are looking for customer loyalty,this is not the place to go!I was at this store yesterday,they had a sign on bbq's for 12,97' granted I knew this was an error, however that's not my problem as a customer.I asked to speak with a manager,waited just over an hour and then a manager and 2 other associates show up* I showed him the sign and told him I wanted it for that price. After a lengthy conversation and got no where I got the number for head office.They called today and said it was a mistake that the sign was there, obviously it was but not my mistake.She offered 150. Off, I refused and told her I'd take it to social Media, her response was I'd rather you didn't do that" mine was " unless I get it for the 12.97 I will*So I am!!See photos attached"

Very big store with fresh produce. This is very neat store with reasonable prices. With Zehrs, you can choose not to even cook and still get something to eat and store in fridge.

A fine grocery that is very well stocked with standard and specialty food and beverage items. It has a nice, fresh salad bar, a Tim Hortons, a large flower shop, a wine store, and much more. There is even a small area to sit and enjoy your recently purchased lunch.There is a large bakery and early birds can find a good selection in the 50% off section.The prices can be higher than at a more basic grocery store, even for the same items. Still there are regular sales to help keep the grocery bill down.Overall a very good store.

Great hot and ready food. I like the sales at the end of the day. Always taste great.

I just got the new Libre 2 glucose meter. The monitor was not covered by insurance so it was 70 dollars. Everything that the meter does can be done on your phone. I brought it back rhe next day and was told rather abruptly that once it leaves the store you cannot return it. I said that you need to explain that you don't need the monitor when you make the purchase because I wasted 70 bucks. I have been a client there for almost 20 years. I have moved my prescriptions to Shoppers. No empathy, no apologies. Terrible customer service.

Great experience at Theodore and Pringle. Isabel Wildfong is amazing! She has wonderful taste in helping to select glasses. Isabel worked with me over several visits to make sure I was completely satisfied with several new pairs of glasses. She has been patient and thoughtful whenever I’ve needed any small adjustments. She is always cheerful, friendly and positive. Isabel is a fabulous asset to your store.

Just stopped in at Zehrs to pick up a few things and was floored to see the entranceway gated off and rails all the way down to the cash. When I asked an employee what this was about they responded that it was “managements idea to deal with theft. I asked if they considered how that would make their honest

Always satisfied with our shopping experience here. Clean, quality, great lighting, wide open space never feels to crowded. The produce and meat are a cut above other cheaper stores. My husband refuses to go anywhere else!

This particular Zehrs store is notorious for misleading prices, hoping customers will not notice on their receipts.In the attached photo is a display with various panettone and one visible price for $9.99 for the last two white boxes. There is another $9.99 price label displayed on the left side under the blue boxes that is not visible without moving the boxes. As shown here, there are about 25 blue boxes from a different brand than the two lonely white boxes. The assumption is that all the panettone are $9.99. However, the blue boxes were priced at $15.99 on my receipt.I went back and looked again. There was no label for the $15.99 price anywhere on this display. So, I returned the product.They would not adjust the price and did nothing to rectify the situation.Many customers these days don't even want a copy of their receipt. Stores like this one take advantage of that.Always get a copy of your receipt and check it before leaving the store.

A nice store. Clean with nice staff but like all grocery stores today prices are on the rise.
