Called late Friday after having issues with my alternator. Were able to get the part needed by the end of the day and and stayed late to get me back on the road. Front desk staff and mechanic were very friendly and professional.

This morning we rolled in with a tire issue and no appointment. We had somewhere we need to be so Paul managed to get us in right away to take a look. He patched us up and had us on the road in 30 mins, and saved us a ton of money. He made our day, and we appreciate it so much!! Thank you Paul.

Excellent service! They went out of their way to get me in to mount my summer rubber ( which I bought elsewhere, not even from them! ) , and also checked my alignment for free! Will recommend OK tire Melville to anyone that asks. Thank you!

We were stranded in a provincial park with rotten tires on our camper and the guys at OK tire in melville were saints! They got us in 20 minutes to closing and had 2 new tires on in about 12 minutes. Wonderful service and such great people! Thank you!!

Got me an appointment asap, a complete overcharge on the replacement of a headlight, went to get a wheel alignment but they stated they couldn’t do it bc other work needed to be complete… took it for a second opinion and didn’t need the work done…. Won’t be goin back…. Thanks for marking me in for 100 bucks! Good lesson for me!

Last week while travelling, I blew a tire just outside of Melville. The lovely folks (Lynn) at OK tire sent someone out to me right away. Mark, I believe was his name, made multiple trips back and forth to their shop to get me setup with a new tire and back on the road. Quickly too! Friendly, efficient and fast. Thanks again!!

We were on our way from Kamsack to Calgary and stopped in for a quick re-tourque after having tires rotated before leaving Kamsack. The OKTire team in Melville were pleased to help out and get us going on our way again in no time. One tire did have a couple nuts that were working their way loose. Ordered a “very good condition” diff for the price of a new one. Came out with a diff that’s been siliconed, brake lines chopped, holes rusted through pieces on the diff and makes a bad clunk when you spin the hub.Want a refund. Or a diff that’s actually in good condition, no extra expenses.
