Dr.Dagher and staff was really great . I don’t even feel any pain from Anastasia to the root canal procedure itself . I Highly recommend dr.Dagher if you need root canal treatment!!

Dr. Dagher and his staff have provided my mother and I with exceptional experiences. From the moment you enter the office, Lisa makes you feel at ease, and she is knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr Dagher is really a top notch professional, who does excellent work, and is very kind and caring. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing an endodontist, and wants to be well looked after.

There's something wrong with the address 4304 Village Centre Ct, Mississauga.I arrived 10 min ahead of my appointment and kept looking for 25 min to find this place and I couldn't see any sign, I even called the reception for directions with no luck.Giving 3 stars just because I didn't get a chance to see anyone.They better invest in putting up a sign, good luck trying to find it on Google maps.

I was referred to Dr. Dagher by my family dentist and was treated quickly, competently and with commendable care. He and his staff quickly put me at ease, and explained every step of my treatment in detail. From the moment I walked to the front desk to the moment I left the surgery my wife and i received nothing but courtesy and quality care.

Dr. Dagher and his staff are “top notch”. Lisa at the front desk is very kind and helpful…. Puts you at ease. Rita and Jane are also very nice and professional. Dr Dagher explains the process and makes you feel comfortable. A great office.

I received a root canal from Dr Dagher and him and his assistance put my nerves at ease. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. The front office also made my life easier processing my claim through my insurance where I didn’t have to do anything on me end. Thank you all very much! I would definitely recommend their office.

The office staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Dr. Dagher is very professional and seemed sincerely concerned for my well being. My root canal was much faster than I expected and I am now pain free.

My experience at Endodontic Solutions was amazing!Lisa at reception was kind and very helpful. I am a very nervous patient and she was very patient and understanding.Dr. Dagher and his assistant Rita worked like a well oiled machine and were very professional!I would highly recommend this office for root canals.

This clinic had me in tears twice. First when they misrepresented the initial appt and didn’t even try to listen a single concern I had nor the conversation I had with the referring dentist. Secondly when I was getting the root canal done; I was lied to about the cost even though I specifically asked, but both times a complete disregard, just some extra added cost that not a single person discussed properly with me. I asked for no X-rays because I had an X-ray from the day before, again no consent just took it. The needle for freezing was shoved incredibly painfully into my mouth. I’ve never had it hurt like that before, and can still feel the gum pain the day after.I’ve already spoken with my referring dentist, but would never subject myself to the abuse I felt with this clinic ever again.I literally balled after each appt. These people don’t care about your feelings or your consent, they care about money. It’s clear!If you have any questions or concerns I suggest you steer clear from this clinic. Your body or consent is of no concern to them.

Very poor customer service by the receptionist, Lisa. I am giving it two stars because of Dr. Dagher, who was professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. I will never go and neither refer anyone to this place because of the receptionsit attitude, which is not hard to notice even through e-communication. It was a challenge to get a copy of my consultation report, which delayed my treatment. I was told something else in person, and later I had to follow up on why my report wasn't sent to my referral doctor, and they denied sharing the report. I told them that I would be filing a complaint against them if I didn't receive my report, which I am entitled to, and later I received it within 24 hours. The receptionist just forwarded the attachment as if she was doing a favour to me even though I paid for the service. The consultation wasn't free, Madam Lisa and my message for the receptionist is that they have a job because patients are coming to that place, so appreciate them and treat the patients with respect.
