I sell Real Estate for a living and dropped my Microsoft Surface pro cracking the screen. I went to West Edmonton mall location of DR PHONE FIX and the technician Aishwarya replaced my screen while I had lunch at Boston Pizza he was so quick and friendly that I even brought him a Lasagna as a Thankyou. Even though I live in Sherwood Park I will drive here to deal with him :))

I got my Samsung S20 FE screen replacement yesterday at the time of this review. The phone works like the original. The parts quality were on par with the original parts, and the repair was well done by Raman. The price, compared to competitors around the location, is fair and better. Here, lower price did not mean a subpar service. It was better compared to other shops I've been to.Raman was friendly and understanding and the whole process was fast and well done.Though, the store would benefit on more parts available within, such as the simtray, but is understandable considering that new" phone screen replacements are not as frequent. Especially with specific Samsung phones.Overall

Broken screen? See Karan on 170 st Edmonton. Full screen and rear glass replaced on my S21 Ultra in less than an hour. Excellent friendly service and a very professional repair. Hopefully I won't have to come back but if I break my phone again, I will absolutely be coming to Dr. Phone Fix

Fantastic service! My son needed a new battery for an older phone, we are from Saskatchewan, but we're out visiting family, and I was hoping to get his phone fixed. Not only did they have a battery, I explained my situation, and they put a rush on getting it fixed so I could be on my way. I would definitely recommend and will be back if I need future fixes. Very professional staff , I have conversation with Karan at the front and he is such a nice person, explained to me everything about the repairs they did. Overall, my experience was so good and I will highly recommend this shop to get your phones fixed .
