Drink was made incorrectly and I was told it was probably because I ordered it on the mobile app when in fact the barista just didn’t know how to make the drink. I order a flat white EVERYDAY and the beverage is not suppose to have foam, but when I got my drink there was 2” of foam when I asked to have it remade they kept insisting I was wrong, even though the description doesn’t state foam nor does it allow you to adjust the amount of foam like it does on lattes or cappuccinos(which ARE suppose to have foam). I know this seems like a first world problem but they adamantly kept telling me I was wrong and it was suppose to have foam even though I confirmed through their own app it’s not. Good customer service would stop at “No problem we’ll remake it” NOT “sure we’ll remake it but it’s suppose to have foam” or “oh you mobile ordered? That’s why”. When I told the barista I didn’t want to argue about the fact because he was already remaking it HE stilllll insisted on arguing and kept saying it’s suppose to. To top it offff the prices at this location are higher than others, if you’re going to charge more I definitely expect my $6.50 coffee to be made correct , hold the attitude and the foam.

Made a mobile order. One of my drinks couldn't be made because they had no ice coffee. I stood there waiting, not knowing that was the case, and the batista knew I was waiting for that one drink because she kept on glancing at me and my empty cup. I waited an extra 10 min before asking because I guess something else was wrong, and then she finally told me they didn't have Ice Coffee to make the drink. I don't know why they didn't just tell me early so I could choose. Maybe I should have said something early, but still. She also still messed up my new order afterwards.

Decent enough place. Clean, inviting and they do Reserve coffee here. I had a sour spot with the staff though: First the person I spoke to didn't seem super knowledgeable about the Reserve Products, and then at the coffee counter I asked the lady Oh what's this one

The staff were very quick and polite when handling orders. My issue however is with the quality of products. I ordered an iced matcha latte, and the first one i received had a lot of matcha clumps. When i asked to remake the drink, the second drink had even more clumps. I dont think an establishment should be selling a drink they clearly do not know how to make.

I've went here twice so far and the vibe here is so nice and peaceful! It's not so loud and obnoxious and it's a great study space! I loved the friendly atmosphere and the baristas are so friendly! Definitely coming here again!

I visited this location closer to closing time" on a regular business day. I ordered one of the new "refresher" drinks to go. The main reason I rate this Starbucks location 5 Stars is because of the service. The staff weren't "checked out" because it was closing time. It was the opposite. Both baristas were very attentive

Horrible Manager at this location, all she does is talk to customers. I was waiting for my food and drinks for over 20 mins and she was just standing there without making my food. I hope she gets fired never had any trouble with this store before and this is the second time she's done this.

Ethan was so ethusiastic and friendly! Even though we all had masks on and its impossible to see a smile his eyes lit up and he was just so energetic with his voice and such a pleasure to walk into the morning to get coffee!Thank You Ethan!

This location has the best hours in Mississauga. The other locations are closed more than they are open. Fastest location by far compared to many Starbucks. Service always great as they seem to always have enough staff. Very spacious location as well.
