I always come here when I need to return something to amazon. Quick, friendly, efficient service. @canadapost you need to open a location here. The other Canada Post location that is in this area is a few blocks away and is always understaffed and not as helpful as the staff here. There used to be a Canada Post across the street from this SaveOnFast location but it has closed so this would be a great replacement location.

Didn't gave me my parcel cause of a spelling mistake in my name on the parcel, there was just an extra a" in my name on the parcel box. Everything else including address was exactly same as my id. Even gave them tracking number yet he wanted to verify if i was right person!!"

The customer service at this location was exceptional.Jannat was friendly, courteous and nice to process the request on a timely basis.Definitely recommended for any shipping and courier services.

Couple of minutes ago I had called to inquire about the parcel cost to India. Genuinely for people who are new to parcel service, they will definitely inquire about the price before taking a decision. Many a times the items prices are much more lesser than the shipping cost. I was planning to send some gifts to my family in India which is again not a mandatory option but a personal choice. The representative was really rude about providing the information. I just asked what would be the approximately price if for a item of 5kgs and he replied bring your package here and we will estimate that for you. We don’t want any “Drama” here later on. Seriously is this the way you guys speak to people? How would you know that my need is optional or fixed. I may change my decision of sending the gift package if the charges are high for me compared to the items to be sent. If you guys are really want to stand out with good service then change your strategy with good behaviour. Hope that will help

I visited this location for the first time and was very pleased with the service provided by uncle. He even helped me print out some documents. I would definitely come back and recommend this store to others.
