I am so happy with Zaman and Praveen working at The Mobile Shop, I had a problem with my old phone, Zaman and Praveen upgraded me with a new phone by keeping my monthly almost same, they r very patient, they transferred my data from old phone to new phone, reset passwords for everything and made my experience memorable one. God bless such people.m definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

Angelica was very friendly and helpful. The staff there is helpful and are not trying to sell you on products, rather, they are there to assist.

The workers are very dedicated to match the customers needs and wants. They are very helpful. Mohammed, who is the manager of this shop gives very good advice and he makes sure me (the customer) likes what I purchase from the store. The store is located in the superstore so you can do some quick errands while getting a nice new mobile device!

Big thumbs up to Praveen, he is very knowledgeable and professional, we went to Costco's Wireless Etc.on 10th July 2022 to get our phone number migrated from lucky to Virgin but associate over there messed everything and he said he did nothing but because of him I lost my lucky phone number which has been my number for past 15 years, number was not even migrated to Virgin and I kind of lost my mobile number, then we went to Virgin corporate store even they told us they could do nothing, even went back to Costco and wireless associate and manager over there accused me of racism and did not listen to us, then on Monday 11th July we went to The Mobile Shop and met Praveen, he calmed me down and called Virgin, lucky channel supports for me and sorted everything out for me, I got my mobile number back because of Praveen at a very good plan, I would happily recommend him to my family and friends.Lesson learnt Costco is not always better than Loblaws in terms of pricing and customer service.

I had a problem updating my phone. When I asked for help, there we're two wonderful ladies Sargun and Tasnim, who I would like to thank for their patience and knowledge. I know that I can always come back to them for aby problem, they would eagerly help me even if they are busy.
