After I left a negative review about the Laval branch, I got a call from the Director of SAS.I explained to her that the RT I dealt with at the Laval branch was not courteous and unprofessional as she gave me a Cpap machine unprogrammed and would only program the machine for a 95$ fee based on an argument that myself and the RT had,and a policy change that was implemented less than 24 hours ago.I also explained the representative of Philips told me that it was not best practice by the clinic that the machine was given to a patient unprogrammed.My recommendation to the director of SAS would be to train the RT and see that she treats customers in a more friendly manner and not try to take revenge based on an argument and a policy change ,potentially harming a patient's health.My recommendation to all potential customers of SAS, based on the experience I have had the Laval branch would be to avoid it completely and go to the Westmount branch and work with an RT named Alka.Finally,despite this incident I would still continue being SAS's customer due to the kindness and the understanding of the Director and because of Alka, the RT from the Westmount branch.She later helped me program the CPAP machine and is very kind and understanding.

Service de Laval est terrible, le professionnel rencontré ne s'est pas présenté et il m'était en question mes propres affitmations concernant les résultats du pest de dépistage que j'avais fait ailleurs et que j'avais communiqué a SAS. Dans les fait il avait perdu mon dossierLes prix pour les filtres sont tout a fait ridicule d'accord avec le commentaire précédent
