My experience with icar was a great one. Jason was beyond helpful both looking for a suitable vehicle and with his service up to delivery to myself and more. He took care of a few things after i took ownership and had everything arranged and organized and provided me updates and reminders of appointments and what was happening next. I would definitely recommend going to see Jason if you are in need of a vehicle his customer service is second to none.

Dealing with Dylan Norland at Select iCar was probably the easiest buying experience we’ve had at a car lot. He was knowledgeable, but didn’t pretend to know everything or oversell us. When he didn’t know something he researched it and got back to us, and went above and beyond (even on his days off) to keep us updated on the progress of our purchase. Highly recommend calling Dylan if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle in Thunder Bay.
