Worst place manager is very disrespectful .He always think that he owns the place three kids toys in garbage and talking to kids in rude way . He always comes with stupid things and he told every parents that your kids are not allowed to play outside in backyard which sounds stupid.According to price it’s not worth it.Management is poor.Everything broken they put old stuff and just give the name renovation.Who they have little kids don’t make mistake to rent these apartments.Specially manager here is not professional.Poor management.

Old, smelly place that has never been renovated.

nothing is maintained and everything stinks in the building, nothing professional with this current management team..what an ironic name for a company, Leaa and Nate are just paid actors don t listen to them btw

I got a 2 bedroom apartment, which had a a renovated kitchen and bathroom. It wasn't bad, pretty spacious and had a cute little patio, plus one of the people working there, Larry, was a sweetheart. When the dishwasher broke, they replaced it a few days after, so not too bad again.Now for the negatives...The rent was pretty big, as I had a fire place, which I couldn't use anymore. They knew this before i moved in but never adjusted their price. I requested a parking spot, not included in the rent, and I didn't realize our truck wouldn't fit in the garage. I continued to pay for it, as they refused to cancel that part of the lease.The hallway smelled pretty often like garbage, or fish etc. I called and asked if they can add something to improve that. It didn't happen.And last, some of the neighbors in 1325 Kingsley, absolute nightmare. Allowing their kid to run in the hallway at all hours of night and day, screaming like a mad man. When I called about it, I was told I had to complete a formal paper etc, and then they will see what they can do about it.Overall, not too bad, not too good. Depends on what you are willing to accept and how much you want to pay for this.
