They worked in collaboration with us to make sure we are very happy with the result, and I just loved the various items we got from them.... Placed an order, promptly paid, agreed to a pick up day for a rushed order. Upon following up to confirm the pick up day, we were informed they do not rush orders. Sent back the email that showed confirmation that they would rush the order. We were then told that the machine broke down and they could not get parts. Buyer beware!1 star because the refund was promptly returned.
