Best place in town to buy glasses!All the staff I came in contact with were super knowledgeable, professional… and just cool cats, those Goo Goo Gals:) They have all sorts of super unique frames and seemingly magical powers when it comes to lenses. This will be where I get all my glasses in the future and I suggest you do the same... You there, reading google reviews, read no further, Goo Goo Goggles is the spot!

The nose pad on my glasses came apart. I phoned the store and asked if they can repair it. Tracy was helpful and asked me to go down and they will have a look. When I went there. They replaced both nice pads FREE OF CHARGE in 5 minutes. Being a visitor to the city and received this King of service on Thanksgiving Saturday, I am very impressed. Thank you, thank you.

Goo Goo Goggles was such a lifesaver for me. I am from out of town and I was on Day 1 of a 14-day trip when my glasses lens fell out from an accidental trip. Goo goo was so incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. They fixed my glasses in under 1 hour for FREE of cost and even cleaned and offered me a free case to hold them in. They saved my trip and as someone who is immunocompromised did it all safely and inclusively. I am appreciative and indebted to them!

I went to Goo Goo Goggles with a foggy brain, a dream & a busted off/lost nose pad on my sunglasses. I was asked if I could come back in 15 minutes. Perfect amount of time to grab a weapons grade iced americano. Upon my return, my sunglasses were allllll fixed up, FREE OF CHARGE. This place gets it! One million stars. Can’t wait until I break my next pair!

The morning of Good Friday in the middle of the Covid 19 crises I broke my glasses in half. I sent an email outlining my problem to Goo Goo Goggles to see if they could help me out. I got an email right back from Sam saying I could drop them off and she would see if my lens would fit in a new frame.We met outside the store due to the pandemic and I went back home. She called back within an hour saying she found one frame that would work. She sent me a picture of them and they looked great to me so I asked her to put my lenses in them.Within a few minutes she had my new glasses ready to go. I then was allowed in the store for my fitting and payment. The store is really welcoming with a vast array of unique frames that you will not see in other places.Sam was really helpful and great to work with amazing response times. I cannot say enough good things about the top quality service and the cool selections of frames.I will definitely be coming back to Goo Goo Goggles for my next pair of glasses.

Went in to get two new pairs of glasses adjusted, and couldn't have been happier with the service! Everyone was so friendly, and my glasses are no longer pinching behind my ears. To top it all, the adjustments were all free of charge, which I couldn't believe. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for quality glasses or service!

Amazing service! I originally had a stripped hinge screw replaced at my optometrist, they gave me an extra long screw that stuck out the bottom of the hinge, and somehow messed up my fit in the process. A friend recommended Goo Goo Goggles, and what a recommendation it was! The wonderful staff there fixed my hinge screw situation and perfectly restored my fit. Best part? They did it for free, I didn't even order my frames through them! 10/10 experience, I will definitely return in the future, and I won't be a freeloader next time!

New eyeglass-wearer. Bought these oddly-shaped frames at another store but brought them into Goo Goo Goggles for the lenses. GGG were able to fit lenses and get them back to me in half the time they estimated.Returned to have them adjust the frames for better fit after 6 months of wear & tear and staff expertly & quickly made improvements. Very friendly very inclusive - the best in Victoria!
