My wife and I decided to replace the carpets on our upper floor.I reached out to Best and received a great product but, more importantly, excellent service.Raj - (one of the owners) - was flexible on the installation date and actually did the job over two days so we could move furniture rather than take it all downstairs.Most suppliers have most of the same products - it’s the installation and service that’s important in my books.Thanks Raj and your teamBrian and Heather Edwards

Really happy with the service and quality of flooring I got from the best carpet! AJ was very insightful and knowledgeable about what flooring will suit my need. The flooring I selected was SPC vinyl for my commercial project.The thing that separated AJ from the rest of the carpet dealers was he was very patient, he explained in detail the benefits and disadvantages of each floor. As a person who doesn’t know much of floorings AJ specially came to look at the space and explained the costs that can increase my project.I liked how he was very clear and made sure I was well aware for any costs that may arise. For me its the service and quality that was most important alot of dealers have the same materials. Highly recommend anyone to do check them out and talk to AJ.

I’m not a person that gives 5 star reviews often, but I admit, The Best Carpet not only lives up to its name, but raises the bar. AJ was very courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, and provided economical solutions. I’m glad I listened when he recommended his choice of carpet, rather than what my sister and I chose. The install team were fantastic, they came in and did the work professionally and quickly. The Best Carpet should be your only place to go for new homes or renovations! Thank you Best Carpet Team!

We have worked with AJ and Best Carpet on a number of occasions, for renovations and new builds. Aj is responsive and detailed oriented. I like that he was able to provide multiple options for a recent rental renovation and was able deliver an economical solution for us. The Best Carpet
We just got our floors redone from The Best Carpets and we couldn't be happier with the results (we got SPC and carpet installed). They were easy to communicate with, on time, knowledgable and very upfront with us. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. It was very easy dealing with them. You can easily see how much pride and effort they put into their work. They work fast and hardand really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final product. I will definitely be using them again in the future and you should too!
